I worked in Maryland for a Medical Cannibis grow, just this Monday they fired a friend of mine in the middle of his two weeks because some product went missing. I was let go today for some dumb reasons. They found out that I had been searching for another job and one of the leads in my department is know for instigating fights with people.
She was overly critical of my work today and I told he that it was gonna get done either way. She ran and told on me and I was let go within 30 minutes. These place legit don't give two shits about anyone anymore.
