Problematic or not?

TL:DR: reported bad behavior but HR says nothing to see here. Wwyd? An employee reports the following as concern but HR says it’s not a problem. Wwyd? 1) doesn’t see what’s wrong with using Hitler references to compare workers responses to authority. Had to be told multiple times (including by two German) colleagues that they shouldn’t do that. 2) Says multiple times, they don’t feel welcomed by the affinity groups even though they all have a “and friends” in the title. And is explained why these groups began. Still insists. 3) for company wide training doesn’t see a problem using examples that where people are saying broad generalities about groups of people from a specific country are corrupt. Coworkers attending leave multiple messages like, so all of X country people are corrupt? 4) removes images of POC from standard presentation templates, replaces image reinforcing white dominance (stacked hands, lightest on…

5) brings to team engagement event a commercial that would never fly today because it trades on micro aggressions against others from white people because they think it’s funny

6) actively discouraged from raising concerns from management and HR refuses to state that they do not support this behavior.
