I did, indeed, write out my two weeks notice to hand in when i go into work tomorrow. Ill type it out here for some critique if anyone thinks it's needed
To my Dollar Tree team and friends,
This is my letter of resignation. My last day will be August 26th, 2022. My time here has been happy and I've made some amazing friends in these short weeks, but my mental and physical health have been put on the backburner. I've been pushing myself to do more than I can handle without thinking of the long term damage and have reached my limit a lot sooner than expected.
Thank you for the opportunity to be here. I've learned some valuable lessons about social interaction, my role and expectations for future prospects, and about my own needs and limits. Being here with you was I needed for this time to realize what I can and can't do, what I can do to be better and that I need to take time to be bettering myself mentally and physically before taking on a role like this one.
