I noticed that everyone acts as though every post on here is written by the model employee… But in my experience… The numbers don’t match up. There are so many stories on here about bad bosses and I have a feeling a lot of them are taken out of context. Sometimes the employees are the issue and not the company or the management. I have worked with a lot of extremely incompetent people in every place I’ve worked. Funny enough they all seem to think they’re amazing. I’m not saying there aren’t bad bosses or workplaces because those definitely do exist but we shouldn’t always be backing people who are writing stories about their workplaces or bosses on here and only give very small snippets of information. I don’t know maybe I’m crazy and every single person that posts here is gold… but there are a lot of posts that seem pretty sus
