I’m an engineer. At my last 3 jobs, whenever I am getting close to quitting, for some reason I become a yes man and usually start taking on extra work and projects only to drop a turd on my boss that I’m leaving. Well, It’s that time again….. if only my boss knew where my new found motivation was coming from. I wouldn’t do this if they would just meet me half way on a few issues. Anyone else do this?
