Nepotism, great. Love it…. But the worst part is yet to come, boss goes on to say:
“Their response? They go 'When you work a normal week and not work on the weekend, then I'll consider it.'”
Then boss laughed like that was actually a funny joke….
That's it, that's the post. Sorry if it feels low-effort but I just can't wrap my head around the cognitive dissonance of this person to seemingly not even realize the impact of a statement like that and just how bleak it really is. Just makes me sad.
