Many of you know how much Angie and myself really work 75+ hours a week. We put everything we have into this place I think most of you know that. Yes we know we can be crazy sometimes and drive you crazy! We appreciate all of you that come in here and work so hard to make Pbody’s go. I will tell you what hurts is when the people who work here steal from us. Yes we know who you are! Maybe you have forgotten about all the cameras everywhere even the walk in plus 2 in the liq room. The ones I put up that have microphones that I can clearly hear your conversations. I see you shoving the brownies, pudding and pies in your mouth. I see you putting said desserts, pudding in to go boxes. I see you shoving meat in your pockets, cans of beer, things that help you finish your dinner at home. Look around I see you I can zoom close ask the office folks I can read their phones. We have a policy that employee meals are half price and if in the kitchen you work all day with just a meal break I buy your lunch. That will still be the rule. We no longer take any left over or messed up food home. Only I can give it away and I give it to the dish guys. If I am not here it goes in the trash PERIOD! DO NOT PICK ANY FOOD OUT OF THE WINDOW! Fries, Tenders absolutely anything. It is hard in today’s world for small business its even harder when the people you trust are robbing you blind. For those of you who would like a raise the person you see stealing from us is also stealing you RAISE!

Mind you, these are the same people that over hire front of the house, so they can receive a $100 bonus every-time they add someone to their hiring system. The wife is psychotic, and runs people off so they can keep hiring more people. The same people that have no problem having a kitchen with no ac, and black mold problem. There’s so much more.
