Time cards are ridiculous

Time cards without being able to update your own timesheet are ridiculous. I have to be on time to clock-in and clock-out. On paper it sounds like the easiest thing to execute on and makes you look so stupid if you can't handle it. In practice, it is just plain impractical. Who thinks about clocking in the first thing they do when they get in to work? No, I have more important things to think about like getting my job done and going home. I don't know why my HR wants to fuss over minutes and not let users just have the ability to update their time card post hoc. The manager has to approve it anyways so what's the big deal? Workday needs…
