How do you respond to small slights here and there?

Background: I work for a very small private company (no Union) in middle management. Meaning I do a shit load of work for mediocre pay, while the three positions above me make bank. What has been happening lately is very small sleights… Nothing that feels big enough to go to the CEO about, but definitely hurts my feelings. Examples: boss comes in and greets everyone good morning except for me, interrupts me in staff meetings. In a meeting with 4 people he will say “the three of us…” when I’m clearly the 4th person. We had a falling out about a year ago when he asked me if I was pregnant. I told him that really upset me and he said “I’ll remember next time I need to be more sensitive around you,” gaslighting me. Our interactions haven’t been the same since and needless to say I can’t stand this…

Should I let these sleights go and move on?
