I’m curious as to why people don’t form unions. I’m a former mailman (known for strong unions)and I see how you are all being mistreated. I’m curious as to why unions aren’t formed in the whole working sector of America. Of course unions have cons, but they are also an amazing thing to have. They keep admin in their place and stop some of the very things I see going on in this sub. Just curious is all. I also know union busting is a thing so maybe that’s it. Opinions and facts are appreciated.
