I am a logistics manager for a large Fortune 500 company. I handle all rail shipments, chemical shipments, data entry from production and bulk truck shipments. Anyways, I handle a lot and make decent money. Here recently I have been looking at other positions just for the fuck of it. (Always good to stay competitive with yourself). So, I go to this job interview and all goes well they tell me they’ll reach out to me with an offer. Come the next day I receive an offer for a starting rate of 37,000$ or 18$ an hour. This is with a bachelors and close to 10 years manufacturing experience. We do not have a worker problem, we have a greed problem. Anyone who says otherwise, is part of the problem. Anyways, that’s my rant thank you.
