No one below a doctor is getting paid a living wage.
Schedules are not compatible with a work/life balance.
And the entire veterinary community is short handed and it puts so much pressure on the folks who are left with too many hats to juggle and not enough time or staff to help everyone who needs it.
Which also means a lot of toxic employees are kept longer than than they should due to staffing shortages.
And no mental healthcare in a high suicide industry.
