I’m supposed to do 8AM-8PM shifts but my coworker comes at 9:30 every single time and today she comes at 10. I notice on days after we send our time sheets, she comes extra extra late like 10-11. Spoke to my boss ab it and she did nothing. Spoke to coworker about it and she said something about church and “I’m just a student”
What’s a good excuse so my boss can demand her to start arriving on time? I thought about saying I start school soon and want to have time to study but I’m unsure if that’s strong enough
