I just reported my employer to my state DoL

The state law which is posted everywhere states that non-exempt employees are mandated to have a minimum 10 minute break for every 4 hours worked and a lunch break to be taken between the 3rd and 5th hour of the shift. Neither of these have been followed, even though I try to address it with management. After being told to deal with it yesterday, even though management is capable of covering the station (front desk at a hotel), and being told that hotels are exempt from following this law (completely untrue, as I contacted the DoL about 2 weeks ago after hearing it for the umpteenth time). So, while at work this morning, I decided enough was enough. Our food and beverage staff, housekeeping staff, and maintenance staff all recieve these breaks, but not the desk. Enough is enough, it's time to hold your employer accountable by the laws established!
