More responsibility and hours, $10k increase. Turn down offer?

I’ve been offered a role to lead a team of 6 or so people. My impression is the role will be fast paced and have a lot resting on my shoulders. I’m fairly certain it’d require 40+ hours / week to perform adequately. My current job is very low effort and requires little of my time (10-15 hrs / week). My boss is the worst in this role it must be noted, but it is easy to control my hours and workload due to his incompetence. For $10k more, is this move worth it? I feel like turning it down means turning down a higher income potential in the future too…so maybe I should take on the higher responsibility now to gain that future potential.
