Wage theft seems to be rampant throughout this sub reddit.. tbh it feels abit lopsided we can be charged for theft from a work place, but employers can't be charged with theft from an employee after they knowingly rip people off for years?
I feel like I may aswell just start my own company and commit white collar crime since it just gets written off as an “accident”…
Think outside the box, fuck having a boss and just take advantage of the system in place that they rip off.. that honestly seems like the only way forward!
