Leaving Job for same wage but more “benefits” overall.

Hi all, long time lurker turned first time poster here looking for some advice. Apologies in advance for the longer post. I live in Canada and currently work for a company delivering materials to high end residences as well as construction sites throughout Vancouver. Its a lot of driving as well as a ton of hard labor. I make 25 an hour before taxes, the company does not pay overtime and I don't receive benefits with them either. I just accepted a position with another company that is also a driving position with minimal labor, they do pay overtime, give benefits and do 4, 10 hour days versus 5, 8 hour days. They also have a ton of overtime available to employees who want it. I'm personally okay working overtime, honestly I want the overtime. I understand that this contradicts the name of the subreddit.

There is plenty of money to be made with this company and room for growth that would allow me to live a higher quality of life.

I just had a meeting with my current employer explaining that I'm burnt out with the work and expressed concerns with the workload and the lack of benefits. My employer who recently purchased the company off of the old owner was not aware of the lack of OT but will not budge on benefits.
He offered to give me an extra 2 days off to make up for the lack of OT. Considering that I've been with my currently company for over 3 years, I don't feel like this is worth it.

My issue is that I'm feeling conflicted with leaving my current job because I do like the people I work with but I hate the work and the lack of real care for their employees. I also don't feel like there is much growth for me within the current job. The new owner also said that he's willing to try and make some quality of life changes for us underlings but I honestly don't know if it will come to fruition.

What would any of you do in my position? I'm 27 and don't want to have a destroyed back and 0 savings by 30.

TL/DR Have better job lined up and my old boss is attempting to try and keep me but I have my doubts.

Sorry if I kind of butchered this post, I'm that burnt out lol.
