My assistant manager came to work after being exposed to COVID-19.

So, I had heard that the ASM was running a fever, so I texted the GM (her mother-in-law) asking if she had been tested for COVID-19. She said she had been tested and came out negative. What she didn't tell me is that her son, the ASM's husband, tested positive and was still sleeping in the same bed as the ASM. I was already at work and in contact with the ASM as that point. I worked again today, this time not with her but she had been there earlier that day. The GM is working with me tomorrow and I am worried that she too has been exposed. What should I do? I feel very uncomfortable going to work under these conditions. I have a therapy appointment later this week and I don't want to miss it because someone couldn't be bothered to take the proper precautions. Any advice…
