Boss: I know that some employees are constantly bullied here. I haven’t done anything to stop the bullying. I know that there are some employees here, who don’t do much and I have given them a free pass while at the same time I have shouted and belittled our best employees non-stop.
HOWEVER, let’s have a team building day and pretend for one day that none of these problems exist so I can write a report to the higher ups that actually there are no problems at all in this workplace. Then all of these problems will continue but at least I can pretend to have a backbobe as a boss and our company can pretend to have morals.
