I don’t want to do my job, but can I actually say that?

I've been at my job for just under a year and I realized pretty early on that it wasn't a good fit–training was virtually nonexistent, there were a lot of core parts of my job that she expected me to just figure out and then would yell at me when I failed to do so, the job also includes a lot more cold calling than I realized when I started. Last week, I was put on a PIP for failing to deliver services to clients (this had a lot to do with the job exacerbating my anxiety and adhd which is leading/has lead to burnout). I honestly wasn't that surprised by the PIP and I can't help but feel like if I get fired at least this will be over and I can apply for unemployment.

After I got the PIP, I had a meeting with the person above my manager about it and she told me that she was willing to help me set up systems to help me be successful but I have to decide if I want the job and am qualified to do it “take ownership” of it and I know i don't want this job but if I'm not sure what will happen if I'm honest about that–will they fire me or will they tell me I need to resign.
