I have to return company property back to the business, and during that time I was planning on typing up a few paragraphs directed at my coworkers reminding them of some of the shitty things our bosses can do. We work in pools so water safety is a big deal… something often handwaved to keep swim lessons going (can't lost profits!). I also might throw some shade about my being let go while on medical leave after giving a doctors note. Would I be exposing myself to any legal trouble by leaving these papers in multiple lockers and other places in the break room? I want to do it but I'm worried about retaliation.
