Took a role earlier this year with a salary of $36k it's nothing like i expected and they refused to alter compensation for me having a master's degree and 8 years experience. Yesterday i was asked when I'd like to resign as they are restricting this location. What harm if any is there in me telling them “feel free to terminate me otherwise i have no plans on leaving”
