I work in quality assurance in SW and had a short call with the engineer where I was trying to explain to him regarding requirements that need to be written a certain way on Jira. Man goes off on me and tells me hes not going to do it and that I wasted 7 minutes of his time.!
went to the restroom after the call and cried my heart out-I just started this job one month ago and I am trying so hard to do a good job and people are just hating on me. I donno if people are allowed to be super harsh and reluctant to cooperate at work.
I wasnt making small talk jackass, I am trying to do my job as well
