The owner got a budget increase of $736,106 per year for our building. 70% of that is supposed to go to the bedside (i.e. us, the healthcare workers). He doesn’t agree with Harrisburg on that issue, and has rejected every proposal we brought forward during bargaining, so now we vote to take action!
