Why can't these people understand that there is more to life than working, and a lot activities outside work give us joy. “Quiet quitting” is just a baloney term that only means showing up to our job and doing what's needed to be done. A person can find his/her work engaging and fun and still not go above and beyond his/her job description, simply because there are more important things in life.
