Remote job told me training would only be 2 weeks to a month

Started working at a hot tub/spa company as a remote service technician They are paying me 19/hr how ever I quit my last job from warehouse my pay was 620$ to 500ish a week at that job After working here for more then 3 weeks they are telling us we can’t work from home until we are 100% done with our training. meaning I’m probably going to have to work longer then a month I’m training via sales force how ever my manager is on and off in the office or working from home himself.. so how are we supposed to get additional training besides doing cases and answering phones we ask questions over teams and pretty much feel like we are on our own. My take home after gas is now about 525$ I’m earning 650$ a week here after taxes at the hot tub company Long story short…

and pretty much feel like we are on our own.

My take home after gas is now about 525$ I’m earning 650$ a week here after taxes at the hot tub company

Long story short manager told me I’m technically inclined and two weeks of training is all I need now maybe possibly a month max he said he says we can’t work from home because it’s his boss telling him however he’s a Regional manager of the company…

it’s turning into longer then a month I sit in traffic for almost two hours I leave a hour early for work and still get there late sort of…

I’m also finding out a lot of people started training from home.. what should I do about this just search for another job near me I’m worried about the wear and tear on my car and the fact I’m earning less because of gas.

Take home after gas is like 15/hr to 16/hr my friend also got me this job and said it’s a good company to work for and really don’t wanna step on toes but I have a child and can’t afford the wear and tear and gas I might as well work closer ? What do you guys recommend? I tell my manager

From my perspective everyone else in the company has started training remotely I don’t see the point of me being in the office it’s causeing wear and tear on my car and I’m burning up fuel and I own two 4 cylinder cars and that still don’t help…. Managers higher ups are saying to him we need to be in office…
