So I work for an agency and I do warehouse work ( work away and staying in a hotel). It's supposed to be flexible and started of great , you could either work Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday (12hour shifts) or do a long stay which basically means work on going with 1 day off after 6 days and 2 days off after 5 and rotates like that .. but now they are trying to make it that you have to work a straight 7 days of four 12 hour shifts and two 10 hours shifts and if you're a long stay you only get 1 day off … £10.50 per hour ( yes hotel is paid for and free breakfast) and no overtime pay after 8 hours 🙁
The job is very physical and they don't seem to care and are forcing the changes …
