Need to rant here.
I've worked for Fedex express, and a contractor for fedex ground. These companies are just the scum of the earth.
My first issue is with express, If you are a good driver and quick at your job they just give you more to do to the point where you reach burn out. I can't overstate how much they will push on you and if you slow down you are no longer putting your all in the for the purple promise. My body doesn't work right any more for the purple promise.
I join a Contractor for ground it is less work but way heavier stuff and around 300 miles of driving per day. 60 hours for salary that makes it less than $13 per hour fuck that, the added more to me today when I should have less than 70 stops for the long of a route.
I quit on the spot and got a call from UPS like an hour later and ill join that union. Sorry if this makes little sense but fuck FEDEX!
