AITA for not wanting to work a 9 hour 6 days a week job?

I’ll keep it short, my brother and I were hired at the same company. I’m in customer service and he’s in IT. I’m 18 and in my first year of college and he’s 22, a fresh graduate. I work from 8-5 everyday and my day off changes every week. I haven’t had a day off in 8 days so far and it’s not until Friday that I get to rest. This is my first job and I pretty much got a warning today stating that if I got caught on my phone again they’d fire me. I’ve been training to be a call center agent for a few weeks now but the work I do is always done in the first 2 hours so I always use my phone afterwards until it’s time to go home. Well, my boss didn’t like that and threatened to fire me. I nearly fell asleep on my desk today bc I was told to stare at a wall rather than use my phone. Whatever, no big deal.

I get home and my dads furious. He’s the boss of a call center too for another company and he’s going on and on about how I need to respect my boss (trust me, I do. I just think it’s ridiculous that I’m expected to work when I’ve done all my tasks) and he said that he’d kick me out if I were to get fired.

Idk, for a first job I feel like its too much. I only get 4 hours for myself everyday after work before bed. Am I in the wrong here?
