Emergency Time Off

Hi all I need some advice. I'm currently 4.5 months pregnant. My morning sickness has only gotten worse, to the point I can't keep food down as of today, and before that I could barely stand to eat. I also have a new job lined up already. I have one more week to go at my current job. Where I have an issue is my bosses hate giving time off because we're understaffed. I know I need to call out tomorrow to make an emergency appointment with my obgyn to see if I can get a prescription anti-nausea med and/or an iv because I'm obviously getting no nutrition right now. I have tried to call out in the past due to illness and been told no. If I call out tomorrow and am told no despite the fact this is an emergency (I'm not risking my child for this job)…

If I call out tomorrow and am told no despite the fact this is an emergency (I'm not risking my child for this job) how should I tell them my notice is shortened from 2 weeks to 2 hours and I'll never be going in again? I have a feeling they'll try to pull that. I have a hard time standing up for myself in the workplace and I just need some help getting the words right.
