taking advantage of unused sick days

So I've been working at my job for about 4 years. I have about 6 weeks worth of sick days banked bc I don't get sick often. Im thinking about leaving my job within the next year. What are your thoughts or ideas about how I can use up as many sick days as possible in the next year? They do not get cashed out when I leave
