Title. I've been working a gas station retail job for less than two months just to get a vehicle, my manager has become increasingly passive aggressive towards even the littlest of mistakes or unknowing of where equipment is despite never been shown nor told.
Last week I would have a video playing on YouTube as I wash dishes and such on a midnight shift, as well as being freely able to sit down near the register on a stool.
This week the stool has been taken, phones are “banned” and the sentence “I don't pay you $11.50 an hour to sit on your ass” when she was angry at one of the other newer employees decides to only sit at the register and watch YouTube on his phone. I should also mention that we don't get any break
I want to address my concerns but I can't afford to lose the job.
