Failed Amazon drug test, didn’t realize testing facility had called me Monday. Had my application denied but testing facility has changed result to negative, any fix?

I did my orientation on Thursday of last week for a warehouse/fulfillment job, I got an email today stating they chose not to continue with my application. I called them back and confirmed my RX number and information, and they said they'd be updating my positive test to a negative. I tried calling Amazon candidate support, but both attempts got a call center not located in the US and person I spoke to (the first call was dropped/hung up on) told me to reapply and see if they could move forward with that application, but after trying I found out I can't apply for 120 days. Is there anything I can do to fix this and have them move forward with my application or am I just screwed now?
