so i work a job when i’m home from college for the summer. raises are given out next week and i’ve told my boss i’m available until a few days until after those raises go into effect. however, they have scheduled me until the day before i would be given a raise to get out of giving me one so if i return next summer i will be working my current salary. is there anything illegal here or anything i can do besides find a new job?
