I’m curious, if you started a business off an idea you had, and you had 2 employees, would you pay them 66% of the profit and keep 33%?

Do you guys understand the concept behind labor markets? If someone is willing to do the job for less money, alll else being the same, would you hire a different person for double the cost? I support people getting paid a fair due. However some of you act like you're the only person who can do your job and should be paid 3x what you get paid now. They'd try to hire someone else for less, the same, or 1.2x, or 1.5x what they pay you before paying you 3x your current wage. If you work a job that doesn't require knowledge/skills that take 6+ months to learn, there will always be someone willing to do that job because the supply of the labor market is huge for unskilled labor.
