So my job had a bunch a bunch of high school students just leave for college so now we are short staffed. My boss asked if I would hang up an advertisement at my community College. I told him sure why not. I got the paper today (I won't show it because it's a huge medical company that starts with S). How do I tell my boss that that the advertisement is not going to get anyone.

It has ALL THE JOBS of that building not just my section

It only has the full time benefits. Most of these people will only be part time

It doesn't say the wages. Thats always a huge red flag. It does pay pretty crappy but for college kids they get to make their own schedule and the incentive we have right now is well over the livable wage for my area.
