Found my mom is super overworked and treats it like normal

So I've moved in with my bio mom recently (just guess bio isn't import but as a former foster kid it's a habit) I've noticed she works all day everyday, comes home sleeps for like 3-4 hours goes to work for a few hours and repeats as a cycle. She works as a custodian at some college Apts somewhere. And while I'm absolutely sure feeling that hours like that aren't legal to awkward to ask for details and pry.

But I've heard them call to harass her when she is off, and she gets run over alot I think.

BTW it's not relevant but I do work (now, ot took like two months to find a job) almost the same pay as hers pretty low.

Used to live by myself in a super pricier city and ended up homeless so she offered me to come stay.

She treats the job as normal and says she likes working so much. I don't ask for details since I wouldn't be sure how to word it, but I can just imagine them putting her hours wrong or shorting her but can't really ask if they do. What would other ppl do?
