Hey guys,
Posting from a throwaway. I am currently saving money to open a restaurant. Without going into details, it is a subway-like restaurant in which employees doesn't need any kind of qualifications.
I've been lurking for a long time on this sub and even though I might not agree with everything here, I learned a lot about how some people struggles in their work.
So, I would like to manage my future company by taking that into account. Of course, my interest is also in line : I believe that healthy, happy employees will make the business strive.
But also, and I truly think that, I want to have an impact at my scale, I want to improve the life of my employees.
That's why I am requesting your advices, opinions about that.
