My employer removed my hours from last day of work because I walked out

(USA) Long story short my employer allowed an employee to return to work without providing a negative covid test after being out with covid. Me and another employee felt unsafe and told the employer if he didn't send her home and make her provide a negative test we would walk out. My employer sent this person home and notified us that upon taking a test she was still covid positive. Me and one of my coworkers walked out. However today I noticed that the 3 hours I worked that day have been removed from my paystubs. I know this is a form of wage left and not a legal deduction he can make what should I say to my former employer to make him pay me for my time. This employer is also known for dropping pay if you don't give a two week notice.
