I work at a grocery store which is already been stressful on me as it is as my employer has not been respecting my College schedule. I already been planning on leaving and I just heard from our front end manager that are GM watches us on camera while he's at home. I tried looking up to see if this was legal or not, but Google thinks it's a work from home situation. So I figured I ask here and wondered if that is legal. This man has a child at home and he'd rather be micromanaging us from home watching us on camera. It's already bad enough that he's so nitpicky about what we do. Any help is appreciated.
