Like, I'm done. Ya'll gotta figure your stuff out cuz I've been picking up the slack around this place long enough. I'm getting burned out and unmotivated, and my performance has gone from basicslly running the place, to sub-par. I refuse to perform at sub par. Its someone else's turn to pick up the slack cuz I'm out.
