My wife has a review coming up and one part of it is an assessment of herself to be compared with her supervisor’s assessment of her. My question is, what is the best way to fill this out? Has anyone had your self assessment used against you in a firing situation? I am afraid she will self assess as too low (she has low confidence but does very high quality work).
