The work is on a building support staff, and the time and payroll is on an app. The payroll person set up my account on the app, but only my profile. No shifts scheduled, and because of that I could not clock in. I can't do anything in the app myself. Nevertheless, I've done one training full shift, and two other full shifts now. I have sent a polite email to the payroll person saying I am growing concerned and asking for some help and assurance. I am worried if I push too hard I will simply be labeled a troublemaker and fired. My thought is to just get myself established and hopefully get good reviews, and then the admin troubles will get ironed out.
