Did everything right, still in poverty.

So, I went to school for chemistry, took a break because of covid and made a bunch of money aggressively investing after much reading and studying, then went to work in the chemistry field. Did environmental chemistry to keep water free of toxins and made $14 under the living wage. Went to work in analytical chemistry for food and make $11 under the living wage plus 15 hour days. Now idk what to do because I have no time to myself, no time to make side money, and my body is literally falling apart as I try to make enough to live and get back so I can continue my education before I'm 24. I debate rich folk and when they realize I've aggressively done all they claim will make you rich, they essentially pat me on the shoulder and say “well, we're all struggling” as they go home in…

TL/DL I saved, invested, went to work, went to school, didn't major in “gender studies,” work in my field, and still get rammed by the economy while rich folk complain to me about how hard it is to not enjoy SOME of the luxury goods/services they used to.
