I am being forced to Quit and I am Giving up

I have been working for this company for 9 months and did everything I. Am to be the perfect employee. I am the first at the office from my department. Always polite, positive, always give my 120%. After one month I started swing some patterns that I was the pack mule. Everyone from my department would pile their work on me. They all have been working together for five years. They arrive late.

They slack on their work and are on their phone all the time. Yet I have so much work that I barely have time to take a five minute break to eat my lunch.

I spoke to the HR department a few weeks ago and explained how unfair this is and explained I have a general anxiety disorder. The HR director defended them and said perhaps I should take work from them to help them (yes I am not kidding I should take more work from them).

I feel like they are pushing me to quit and I have been stubborn enough to try to ignore this because it’s unfair. But now I am running out of gas.

What should I do? I don’t know what to do.

Any advice is welcome.

I am from Canada.
