Should I stay at my current work, Im currently in probation for 6 months and next month will be the 6th.

As the title suggest, management is bad, workload is too much and the only reason the work is bearable is because I have the nicest and most helpful officemates that you can find. I cant leave knowing my workload will pile up on them and Im also thinking of staying until December to get my 13th month pay. For context, I live in the Philippines and I work as an Architect and I earn minimum wage (11$ per day), no work experience so expected to be minimum wage. I get the job done but at the back of my head I hate how I earn very little despite the work that I do, which is high pressure and high stress and theres always a deadline to beat. I get the job done but at the back of my head I hate how I earn very little despite the work that I do, which is high pressure and high stress and theres always a deadline to beat. I hate how I have very little time to myself but I cant buy the things that I want because I only earn fucking minimum wage for working 8 hours despite having a degree.

I was offered to be a regular 3 months after I entered the company, my answer is still pending and next month would be my potential last month at this company. Is 6 months of work experience enough to put in a resume or should I stay here til December for added work experience and a 13th Month Pay? Im not hurting physically but mentally Im tired despite only working for a few months.
