Every job I've had except for one has had the lovely “Other Duties as Assigned” caveat in the description and every single job that has it, has had me doing at least 2 jobs for the pay of one. I'm expected to put 3/4 of the time into one department but crank out the same numbers as everyone else who gets to put their 40 in where they SIGNED UP for? It's always “helping another department” to make sure my day is full, or whatever other crap they come up with. Does anyone here have a job where they get to just do THEIR job, and not half of someone else's on top of it, with same productivity expected?
