How do you stop feeling guilty about “quiet quitting” and slacking off at work?

I’ll admit it, I used to be a boot licker. I was someone who took huge amounts of pride in having multiple jobs and constantly hustling. My viewpoint did a complete 180 when I quit a very toxic, demanding job for my current position which is so chill and laid back most of the time that I often have nothing to do. Now during my work day (I can usually work from home) I play with my kids, clean the house, play video games, walk my dog, whatever. I’m hugely privileged to have this freedom but I can’t shake the sense of paranoia that I’m being watched (I don’t think I am but we keep getting company wide reminders about working our full 40), and sometimes I feel extremely guilty. Edit: thank you for all the support! Editing to add- how common is it for companies to monitor your keystrokes, etc? I don’t work in tech and that seems like more of a thing in that field but I still wonder
