“Quiet Quitting” is just your job – the real problem is “Unpromotion”

So I work side by side with receptionists for a medical department. I have different duties but we share a desk-wall and my roommate is my coworker. It used to be that they only did scheduling, orders, and patient assistance, but, with no increase of resources or pay, they now have to handle insurance authorization, which used to be its own department. This amounts to denying patients medical care. Bosses keep adding more responsibilities, expecting new value with no change in their expenses – promotions with no benefits. We, as a conscious working class, need to start countering these idiots corporate talking points and holding our work places responsible. If you get unpromoted, fight back. Band together, and if you're given no choice, drop something else. Your company is not your family, and your boss is not your friend.
