Antiwork

I gave notice and am on my last week, but have been left to sit here and twiddle my thumbs. WWYD?

The title basically. I'm leaving my job (along with a few others – may make a separate post about it) and have completed my outstanding tasks and have left my projects in a good working state so that others can pick them up where I left off. I consider myself a diligent and productive worker, but I've reached the point where I've run out of stuff to do – which never happens. I'm not one who likes to sit idle. I've asked for more work and was handed a few meaningless tasks that didn't take long. I offered to help out my coworkers with their projects as I have in the past and was specifically instructed not to. I know management has beef with me over leaving but this feels like petty pay back and a bit unprofessional. Any advice? Keep twiddling?
